A woman in Ukraine has strangled her lover’s wife with a plastic bag after the man locked them both in one room to get some rest from constant rows.

A 37-year old man from Ukraine’s Dnepropetrovsk Region has left his wife of seven years for his mistress. They lived together for one month when the abandoned wife suddenly came into their apartment and attacked her husband’s mistress.

The women fought for some time and the man got bored with them. He dragged them both into the bedroom and locked the door. After this he went to the living room to watch television.

When he opened the door 156 minutes later he found out that his mistress knocked out his wife with a piece of plaster and then strangled her with a plastic bag. “When I opened the door I saw that one of them was lying on the floor covered with blood and the other was sitting next to her and laughing. I burst into tears,” the man has said.

Police said that the woman fully confessed at the very first questioning, but did not regret what she had done.
