British musicians Ian Brown and Brett Anderson are not the type of people who Russian filmmakers typically approach to do their movie soundtracks.

But that’s exactly what the creators of “Paragraph 78″ did. The sci-fi action thriller opened in Moscow theaters this week, accompanied by a huge promotional campaign that includes vast billboards and a two-day music festival at B1 Maximum, called “Paragraph 78 Fest,” with Brown and Andersen as headliners.
