Moscow Cablecom Corp., a provider of IPTV and Internet services in Moscow under the brand name “AKADO”, said it was warned its stock could be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Market because the company has not filed a 10-Q form for the period ended September 30.

The company said it received a notice November 21 indicating that the company is not in compliance with requirements for listing on the Nasdaq. The company has requested a hearing before a listing qualifications panel to review the decision.

Earlier this month Moscow Cablecom Corp. filed a Securities and Exchange Commission form stating that it could not file the 10-Q form because it “is in the process of reviewing and evaluating its accounting for deferred income taxes.”

Shares of Moscow Cablecom Corp. dipped 7 cents Tuesday to close at $10.47 on the Nasdaq.
