Ukrainian boxer Vladimir Klitschko who on Saturday retained his IBF Heavyweight Title was offered $20 million to face Evander Holyfield the Guardian web-site reports.

Murad Muhammad promoter of the 44-year-old ex-champion Holyfield who wants to match-up Holyfield with Klitschko has offered 20 million U.S. Dollars prize to the latter one.

Klitschko and Holyfield both saw action in the last few days. Holyfield scored a unanimous decision over ranked contender Fres Oquendo at the Alamodome in Texas on Friday. The following day in New York’s Madison Square Garden, Klitschko knocked out previously undefeated Calvin Brock in seven rounds.

Klitschko is now busy with unifying the division and recently targeted a bout with WBA heavyweight champion, Russian boxer Nikolai Valuev.
